Lawless/Loveless

There used to a boundary.

Rules from which you’d never deviate.

Now you just wallow and give in to the hate.

Doing right by your friends

Was the guide, your creed.

But it’s tossed aside as all you serve is greed.

Grab what you like.

You’re entitled to more

But at a certain point, the wealth is a bore.

Maybe it’s not too late

To return and discover

That life with love means you can start over.
