So subtle, even in this
Bright corporate light.
How do you assuage the aggrieved
When it was a physical moment
They possibly didn’t perceive?
You’re too sensitive
You’ve heard it before and maybe
You have to live and let live.
But it doesn’t seem right
When you know the pain of being
The target. Of not putting up a fight.
